中国经济改革30年：历程、成就与问题

1978年以来，中国经济改革大体经历了初始改革、全面改革、曲折改革、深化改革和攻坚改革等五个阶段。经过30年的改革，传统计划经济体制已被基本废除，社会主义市场经济体制初步建立，但制度转型尚未完成，尤其是一些障碍改革的“瓶颈”未能取得突破。30年的经济改革成就非凡，举世公认，但经济社会发展依然存在着一系列突出的问题。基于此，进一步推进中国经济改革，应当不断增强对改革必要性、重要性的认识；树立以“人本、公正、共享”为特点的科学改革观；调整改革重心；转变改革方式；提高执政党的改革能力；坚持稳定压倒一切的治国方略。

After 1978, China economic reform has experienced five stages： initial reform, all comprehensive reform , zigzag reform , assaulting fortified reform. Upon reform, planned economy system is abolished already by basic , socialist market economy system first step is built. But the system transforms have not completed yet. In spite of Chinese economic reform have get tremendous achievements, there exists a series outstanding problem in development of economy society as before. As a result,, new stage, push forward the Chinese economic reform further , ought to strengthen further to the view of reforming necessity ; Set up the science outlook about reform ; Adjust the centre of reform; Turn around way of reform; Improve the Chinese Communist Party＇s reformation ability; Insist social stability is of top priority state policy.
