| 摘 要： | 中国政治新词多词缀、缩写和四字短语的排比,翻译时需要应用各种策略,其中比较典型的是增补与省略.在翻译政治新词时,常常以遵循“政治等效”的翻译原则为前提,以选择正确的词类和弥合词义差异为标准,以满足译文语境为要求,对某些词恰当增补或省略,既可以避免词组的重复翻译,又能达到原文与译文政治等值的目的.

| Abstract: | As the most active component of language, neologisms are quite sensitive to the changes of political circles. Va rious methods are applied in translation of political neologisms in Chinese, among which supplement and omission are of the most frequently used methods and the several examples on fresh political neologisms translation are shown in the paper to illustrate its effect. |
