摘    要:在中国社会转型期,为了增进民族团结,化解社会矛盾,推动以保障和改善民生为重点的社会建设,需要构建以政府为主体的社会利益各方协同管理框架,利用合力去一起完成和实现公共服务和社会事务的管理.从而完善社会管理创新机制,有效提高民族地区社会管理的科学化水平.

Abstract:During the social transition period in China, in order to promote national unity, resolve social contradictions promote the social construction which focuses on ensuring and improving the livelihood of people, it needs to build socia interest coordination management framework which is taking the government as the main body, finish and realize the man agement of public service and social affairs together by using resultant force, then make the social administration innova tion mechanism perfected, improve the scientific level of social administration in minority areas effectively.
