| 摘 要： | 中共中央发布的<建立健全教育、制度、监督并重的惩治和预防腐败体系实施纲要>明确提出了建立健全教育、制度、监督并重的惩治和预防腐败体系的要求与目标,要从整体上把握惩治和预防腐败工作体系,以落实责任制为依托,切实解决好建立健全反腐败体系过程中易出现的问题,确保反腐工作取得新成效. |
