紧贴行业的应用型人才培养模式之研究

Approach - to - industry as an Education Mode of Applied Under - graduate Education

In this paper, in term of automobile test and maintenance technology speciality, the authors discussed the new education mode of approach - to - industry applied in Guangdong Baiyun Institute. The speciality reform was successfully directed to meet the actual industry need and thus the education mode is mainly about how to determine the education goal and education criterion based on the industry need, and make efficient and practical education roadmap according to the position requirements of the industry, and about what teaching mechanism should be set up to better serve the industry. The reform has proven to be effective.
