| Abstract: | The reform of state-owned enterprises has entered the final stage of "storming heavily fortified positions". How to improve the performance of enterprises is always the key and difficult problem. This paper tries to analyze from the theoretical and positivist's viewpoint the effects of property right, competitioon, and creation on the performance of state enterprises, explores the new train of thought for the reform of state enterprises, and presents the tentative ideas. |
