| 摘 要： | 在阐述企业多元化经营战略理论的基础上，提出企业实行多元化经营战略的基本条件．最后指出企业开展多元化经营应着重注意以下问题：①尊重企业成长的客观规律，科学选择多元化的具体模式；②合理选择投资方向、经营范围；③应充分发挥企业自身优势等。
