| Abstract: | In Agreement on TRIPS,applicating the principle of national treatment needs to observe the stipulations of Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the Word Trade Organization(WTO).In Agreement on TIRPS the criterion of application object of national treatment includes nationality criterion, residence criterion,essence related criterion. Agreement on TRIPS has fitted the developing of trade and economy. |
