摘    要:课堂教学技能是高等师范院校学生必须掌握的专业技能,传统的教学,由于思想方法和手段的落后,致使学生的教师专业技能的培养处于薄弱环节。探索利用现代化教学手段来促进师范生课堂教学技能水平的提高是教学改革的突破口,微格教学以其特有的优势,可以提高师范生课堂教学技能训练的有效性。

Abstract:The classroom teaching skills are the professional skills that the students in teachers colleges and universities must master.However,due to the backward thought method and means of the traditional teaching,the professional teaching skills of the students are weak.We could promote the students’ classroom teaching skills by modern teaching means,which is the breakthrough of teaching reform.With its unique advantage,Microteaching can enhance the students’ classroom teaching skills effectively.
