| 摘 要： | 本文就目前国际上广泛使用的合同条件,尤其是FIDIC合同条件进行了介绍,同时结合我国的<建设工程施工合同(示范文本)>进行比较研究,指出了我国在工程项目管理中应用FIDIC条款时存在的问题并提出了解决问题的建议.

| Abstract: | The present paper offers an introduction of contract conditions popular in the world today, especially FIDIC, with the Construction Contract Samples in our country as a comparison. Based on this comparison, the paper points out the main problems that exist in applying provisions of FIDIC in our country's engineering project management and suggests some solutions to these problems. |
