创建特色学报与精品学报管窥

高校学报生存危机缘于以下三个方面的因素,一是大众文化背景下形成的对精英文化、精品文化的冲击,科研管理机械死板的量化管理模式下,几乎形成“论文人人必写”的局面。因此学术垃圾、泡沫剧增;二是高校学报目前仍按计划经济体制运行,无法应对市场化的冲击;三是高校学报多数为综合性学术期刊的现实,使它们都以“什锦莱”的面目出现,彼此之间“似曾相识”。因此高校学报生存的危机根本原因在于缺乏特色与精品。要走出危机,高校学报必然要从各自的历史、地缘以及时代性等入手来创建特色学报与精品学报。

On Constructing Unique and Fine works College Journals

The existence crisis of college journals results from the following 3 factors: 1) the influence from top culture and fine works culture and the rigid quantitative administration of papers,which leads to the increase of rubbish and bubbling publication;2) the operation system,which is still under the influence of plan economy,could not respond effectively to the market economy;3) many college jonrnals are comprehensive but similar to each other.So the crisis results from its lack of uniqueness and fine works.To step out of this crisis,it is necessary for college journals to be unique and present fine articles,based on their history,locality and to the time requirement.
