| 摘 要： | 近年来，非政府组织逐渐进入人们的视野，并愈来愈受到人们的广泛关注，我国的非政府组织也有较大的发展，2004年被称为中国非政府组织元年。本文结合影响非政府组织行动能力的主要因素，结合我国非政府组织发展的实际，对非政府组织的行动能力进行简单评析。
