| Abstract: | The basic task for higher education is to foster original and high-qualified personnel. Therefore, innovation in higher education is the key to higher education reform. Based on theories of "Three Represents", the paper expounds the relationship between the practice of "Three Represents" and higher education innovation. It also presents some effective approaches to higher education innovation. |
