我国产业结构与就业结构的关联性研究

产业结构与就业结构存在着相互依存的关系。一般情况,工业化的过程即是产业结构的比重优势由第一产业向第二、三次产业演替的过程。结合我国GDP与就业量的增加值,借鉴C-D函数回归分析可以对二者的关联性进行研究,结果表明我国第二产业对就业的影响仍然至关重要。所以,在协调三大产业发展的同时更应注重对第二产业的投入以及合理推进城市化进程,并完善社会保障制度。

Analysis of Industrial Structure and Employment Structure of Interrelated in the Country

There exists an interdependent relationship in industrial structure and employment structure.In general,the process of industrialization is the succession process in which the proportion of both advantages of the industrial structure shifts from the primary industry to secondary and tertiary industries.Combining with the added value of China＇s GDP and amount of employment,by drawing on the results of C-D function regression analysis,it showed that the secondary industry plays an important role in employment.When coordinating the development of the three major industries,we should focus on investment in secondary industry,and reasonable process of urbanization and improvement of the social security system.
