中国主要木质林产品进口贸易的环境影响评价

我国已成为世界第二大木材进口国,大量进口木材在一定程度上加速了世界森林资源减少的趋势,因此中国承受着巨大的国际舆论压力。该文在前人对森林资源环境效益评价基础上,以国内森林资源环境效益评价结果为基本依据,单位原木所承载的环境效益为基准,考虑不同木质林产品生产加工过程中对环境的影响,分别核算不同木质林产品耗费原木的环境效益值与加工过程环境效益值。根据我国进口林产品的进口来源,计算了中国主要木质林产品进口贸易的环境影响。结果表明,国际上对中国大量进口木材的指责缺乏依据。对世界和中国来说,中国大力发展人工用材林、走林业可持续发展之路,是双赢的必然选择。

Environmental Impact Assessment on the Import Trade of Main Woody Forest Products in China

China has been the second biggest wood-import country in the world.China's large number of wood imports accelerates the decrease pace of world forests in a certain degree,so recently international public has blamed China frequently.Based on the former researches on forest environmental value assessment,according to the result of the domestic forest environmental value assessment,standing upon the environmental value of unit volume of log,and considering the process environmental value of different woody forest products,the paper calculates the total environmental value of them.Then according to the origin of import woody products,the paper counts the environmental impact of Chinese import trade of main woody forest products.The result indicates that the international censure on Chinese wood imports is short of evidence.At the same time it's necessary to develop manmade forests and guide forestry sustainable development as win-win choice both for China and for the world.
