唐代西域的贬谪官吏

文章纠正了唐代陇右道不是官吏贬谪地点的观点,指出,唐代西域有一些贬谪官吏,并对这些贬谪官吏遭贬的原因及时间进行了分析考证。学术界有关贬谪官吏败坏了地方风俗的观点也不完全正确,唐代贬谪到西域的官员多是政治斗争的牺牲品,他们具有良好的政治文化素养和治国安邦的才能,对唐朝经营西域及地方的发展都起到了非常重要的作用。文章还对唐代有关贬谪官吏"量移"的问题进行了分析。

On the Relegated Officials to the Western Region in the Tang Dynasty

This paper corrects the viewpoint that the relegated government officials were not sent to the place of Long You Dau in the Tang Dynasty.It points out that there were some officials relegated by the Tang Dynasty to Western Region,and conducts an analysis of the causes and time that these government officials were relegated.These relegated officials were mainly sacrificed in political struggles.They,commonly possessing a cultural quality and political integrity, played a very important role in local economic and political developments at that time.
