区域经济一体化背景下城市土地价格影响因素的理论与实证研究

研究目的:克服目前我国城市土地价格影响因素研究只局限于单一城市的缺陷,为评估区域性城市土地价格提供依据。研究方法:系统分析实证研究。研究结果:提出了城市土地价格影响因素体系,并以江苏省为例进行实证研究。研究结论:将城市土地价格纳入区域经济一体化发展背景下进行研究是未来城市土地价格研究的必然趋势,也是建立区域性城市土地市场的必然要求,这需要进一步的研究和实践。

The Empirical Study on Influencing Factors of Urban Land Price

The purpose of this paper is to overcome shortcomings in the study on urban land price,then provide the gist to evaluate regional urban land price.Methods of systematic analysis and empirical analysis are employed. After putting forward the system of influencing factors on urban land price,the paper takes Jiangsu Province as the research sample.The results showed that it is necessity to bring urban land price study into regional economic unification and further study and practice need to be taken.
