| 摘 要： | 马克思人的全面发展理论,揭示了人的全面发展是每个个人全面发展的本质。在高校德育工作中,坚持以人为本,就是在马克思主义人的全面发展理论指导下,把人的全面发展作为德育工作的目标和追求,充分开发大学生的潜力,并根据社会发展的根本要求和大学生时代特点,努力通过各种方法和措施,促进大学生的全面发展,促进其综合素质的提高。

| Abstract: | The theory of man＇s overall development discovers that human beings＇ overall development is the essence of individual＇s overall development.In the work of college moral education,the consistency of human-orientation is to set and pursue the goal of man＇s overall development guided by Marxism theory of man＇s overall development.Fully exploring college students＇ potential,considering the basic need of social development and college students＇ characteristics,moral education in colleges and universities is expected to promote the students＇ overall development and improve their comprehensive qualities. |
