| Abstract: | This essay focuses on how to cultivate critical thinking ability of English majors in the teaching of English writing,maintaining that teachers should be aware of the dialectical relationship between the teaching of writing and students＇ critical thinking ability and suggesting adopting in the teaching of writing discourse-analyzing method,debate method and reading-and-writing-combined method. |
