Research on convertible bonds design in financing for sport bonds market

There are some problems relating to the matching between capital support system for sport industry in China and sport industry operation systems such as mismatching,insufficient functions.These factors have blocked development of the sport industry and become a bottleneck for the sustainable development of the sport programs and sport organizations.Financing by convertible bond is an advanced way in financing market.This paper discusses the design mechanism of convertible sport bonds in bond financing market and proposes some measure for the innovation of capital support system for the sport industry.
