| 摘 要： | 高层次具有创造力的人才是国家发展的动力,高校大学生的创造力培养可通过以下途径进行:优化学生知识结构,进行创造力培养;激发学生的创造动机,培养学生的创造性人格;提高教师的素质,形成良好的创造氛围;促进大脑左右半球的协同活动,全面开发学生的潜能;鼓励学生积极参加实践活动,努力提高学生的实践能力。

| Abstract: | The talents with creation ability are the driving force of the development of our country. The students' creation ability can be cultivated by the following ways: to optimize the students' knowledge structure to cultivate their creation ability; to stimulate their creation motivation to cultivate their creation nature; to improve the teachers' quality to form a good creation atmosphere; to promote the co-operation of the left and right cerebral hemisphere to develop the students' potential; to encourage them to practice so as to improve their practical ability. |
