| 摘 要： | 国家自然科学基金制担负着推动基础研究和创新研究的重要任务 ,研究生培养制度则是我国培养高水平专业人才的基础所在。二者之间存在着直接的互动关系。自然科学基金制对学位点的建设、研究生导师的遴选、研究生的培养都具有积极的影响 ,研究生培养制度对自然科学基金事业的发展具有巨大的支持作用。因此 ,应该制定相关的政策和管理办法使自然科学基金事业和研究生培养事业协调发展

| Abstract: | The System of National Natural Science Funds shoulders the essential responsibility of promoting the fundamental research and innovative research, while the system of graduate education functions as the basis of training professionals and specialists. There are direct interactive relations between them, as the former positively affects the degree_site building, graduate_tutor selection, and graduate education, while the latter greatly supports the development of the former. Therefore, correspondent policies and methods of management should be mapped out to promote coordinate development of the causes of National Natural Science Funds and graduate education. |
