公路客运服务质量规制

摘    要:从分析公路客运服务及其质量特性入手,界定了公路客运服务质量规制的内涵,探讨了客运行业实行服务质量规制的必要性.在分析中国公路客运行业服务质量规制现状的基础上,建议从建立法规体系和质量标准、完善准入和退出机制以及强化监管体系等3个方面构建中国公路客运服务质量规制体系.

Abstract:Beginning with the analysis of the concept of quality of highway passenger transportation service and the quality characteristics, this paper defines the connotation of regulation on the service quality of highway passenger transportation, and probes the necessity of regulation of service quality to highway passenger transportation industry. Based on the analysis of the current situation of service quality regulation in highway passenger transportation, this paper suggests building the service quality regulation system in Chinese highway passenger transportation from three aspects, that is, establishing the regulation system and quality standard, improving the entry and exit mechanism and strengthening the supervision system.
