| 摘 要： | 随着科技进步和工业文明而至的全球生态危机,促使以人与自然统一的生态和谐发展为核心的可持续发展观逐渐兴起。文章对可持续发展的演进、定义以及自然主义类、经济学、社会学等各学科的延伸定义作了简要综述,提出了生态环境可持续发展的理论基础:即环境稀缺论、环境价值论、"时空公平"的区域层次性可持续发展观和可持续利用的资源观等,总结了国内外可持续发展定义共同的基本要素。 |

| Abstract: | Along with the development of science and technology and industrial civilization, the global eco-environmental crisis emerges, which gradually urges development of sustainable theory. Its core is harmonious relationship between human being and nature. We review the evolvement and definition of sustainable development and extended definition by other studies, such as naturalism, economics, and sociology and so on in abroad and in China. The present authors also put forward the basic theory about eco-environmental sustainability: scarcity theory of eco-environment, value theory of eco-environment, regional sustainable theory based on"equity of space-time"etc. In addition, some common basic factors of all definition are summarized. |
