| 摘 要： | 据最新统计,到2012年底,中国共产党的总人数已达到8 512.7万名。随着党员规模的不断扩大,一些党员存在着理想信念动摇,组织纪律松懈,有的甚至思想蜕变,堕落腐化等问题。为此,党的"十八大"明确提出,要加强党员管理,健全党员能进能出机制,优化党员队伍结构,提高党员队伍整体素质。加强党员队伍建设,需要处理好数量与质量、党员进出党员队伍的关系,利用好外延调控与内涵提高的不同功用,协调好主体性与非主体性之间的关系。

| Abstract: | According to the latest statistics, the total number of the Communist Party of China has reached 85,127,000 by the end of 2012. With the continuous expansion of the scale of the party members, some members＇ideal faith is shaken and organization disci- pline is lax and some even transmute and degenerate. Therefore, the 18th annual congress of the CPC claims that we should strengthen the management, perfect the mechanism, optimize the structure and improve the overall quality of the Party member troop. While Strengthening the construction of the Party member team, we should properly handle the relationships between the quantity and quality and the problem of subjectivity and non-subjectivity. |
