陕南生态旅游开发战略研究

以陕南生态旅游资源与多样性旅游功能为基础,提出了陕南发展生态旅游业的指导思想、开发建设原则与目标。陕南生态旅游开发以西安客源为核心市场,以三市为增长极,紧密依托两条铁路交通线,形成"一核-两轴—三极"的总体布局系统,形成巴山北坡中高山生态旅游带、秦岭南坡中高山生态旅游带、汉江低山川道生态旅游带的"三带"与"十一个功能区"的网络格局。此外,结合目前生态旅游开发中存在的问题与陕南实际情况,提出了相应的措施。

Study on the Development Strategy of Eco-tourism in South Shaanxi

The guideline, principles and goals of eco-tourism industry of South Shaanxi were advanced on the basis of analyzing eco-tourism resources and its diversified functions in the region. With its core market oriented to Xi'an, highly relied on two railways and 3 growth poles to be developed in Ankang, Shangluo and Hanzhong respectively,the eco-tourism industry of South Shaanxi will eventually form a pattern of'one core, two axis and 3 poles'.The spatial network will consist of 11 functional regions with 3 belts, which include the Mid-high-mountain Eco-tourism Belt on the North Slope of Mountain Ba, the Mid-high-mountain Eco-tourism Belt on the South Slope of Mountain of Qinglin and the Low-mountain and River-bank Eco-tourism Belt of River Han. In addition, relevant measures are put forward in terms of the existing problems and the current situation in South Shaanxi.
