中学德育校本课程开发探析

摘    要:校本课程是与国家课程、地方课程相对应的课程板块。中学德育校本课程开发有利于中学德育课程资源的重新配置,弥补德育国家课程体系的不足,提高学校德育的实效性;有利于充分发挥社区、学校独有的人文、自然资源,创建有特色的学校;有利于德育教师专业自主权的发展。中学德育校本课程开发要树立以学生为本和以德育教师为主体的理念。坚持以学生为本,要尊重学生、关心学生。要确立德育教师学校主人翁的地位,给予他们课程开发的权力。

Abstract:School-based is a corresponding block to the national and local curriculum.The development of middle schools school-based curriculum in moral education can help to reallocate middle schools moral education courses resources,make up for lack of moral education system of the national curriculum,improve the effectiveness of moral education in Middle schools;help to give full play to the community,the school's unique culture,natural resources,create distinctive schools;help moral teacher to develop professional autonomy.The development of middle schools school-based curriculum in moral education should establish a concept of student-centered and moral teachers as the main.To adhere to the student-centered,we must respect and care for the students.To establish a position of moral teachers as school masters and give them the power of developing curriculum.
