明末清初,在欧洲传教士的带动下出现了中西文化的一次大规模接触。在这次接触过程中大批的上层知识分子皈依了天主教。文章意在探究这些士人阶层皈依天主教的真实原因,并希望能够为我们研究当今中国基督教徒皈依的原因提供一些可资借鉴的东西。

Causal Analysis of Some Chinese People's Convert to Catholicism in the Late Ming Dynasty and the Early Qing Dynasty

In the late Ming Dynasty and the early Qing Dynasty,there was a large-scale contact of Chinese culture and western cultures due to the campaign of some European missionaries in which large quantities of upper intellectuals converted to Catholicism in this cultural contact.This article intends to inquire into the real reason for which this social stratum converted to Catholicism and hopes to provide some valuable reference for the study of the present convert of Chinese to Christianity.
