| 摘 要： | 法律和道德是调整社会关系的两种最主要的手段,法律是外在强制性的约束机制,道德是内在自律性的约束机制,二者相辅相成.巩固我们党的执政地位,维护国家安定团结,必须法治与德治双管齐下.注意防止和纠正对依法治国和以德治国辨证关系的误解和曲解.

| Abstract: | Law and virtue are the two leading means of the adjustment of social relations. Law is the outer compulsive restriction mechanism, while virtue is immanent self - disciplined restriction mechanism, both being interrelating and interacting. In order to solidate the leading status of our Party ensure the stability and unity of our county, these two mechanisms should be applied and measures shonld be taken to prevent and correct the misunder standing and misrepresenting of the relationslip between governing the county with law and governing the country by virtue. |
