| 摘 要： | 我国公务员的权利救济制度目前属于行政内部监督机制的一环,在实际操作中缺乏有效性。本文在对国外和地区的公务员权利救济制度理论与模式介绍的基础上,对我国公务员的权利救济制度进行探析,并从理论和具体制度上提出完善建议。

| Abstract: | The right remedy system of civil servants is an inside step of administrative supervision. It lacks validity in actual operation. This paper, on the basis of the introduction to theory and type of the right remedy system of civil servants in foreign countries and districts, discuss the right remedy system of civil servants in our country, and puts forward some opinions. |
