| Abstract: | In social process of vigorously advocating scientific development, starting from people's fundamental interest, means to promote an all-round development of society, economy and people. In this paper, the author by clarifying relationship between starting from human interest, humanism and starting from people's interest, tried to expound the timeliness, science and correctness. |
