论当前国际政治中道德的境遇

长期以来在西方主流国际政治理论中,道德怀疑论、道德相对主义甚至道德虚无主义大行其道。道德在当前国际政治中的存在与价值是不容否认的,它源自于国际道德本身的特殊规定性,国际社会的规则、准则、制度本身就体现着国际道德的基本规范和要求。由于国际社会对国际道德准则及其内涵尚未达成共识,国际道德缺乏强制力,以及"国家利益至上"原则的制约,国际道德的发展步履维艰,但全球化的到来又使国际道德的发展面临新的机遇。

On the Situations of Morals in Current International Politics

Moral skepticism,moral relativism and even moral nihilism have long been prevailing in western mainstream theory of international politics.The existence value of moral can never be denied in modern international politics,which originates from specific regulations of international morals,as well as from their basic requirements and criteria.Restricted by the principle of "supreme of national benefits",international morals lacked of enough compelling force,and because international communities had not reached agreement on norm of morals and its connotation,the efforts for international morals got less progress.However,the moral has to face new challenges form the oncoming globalization.
