在不确定性的约束下,科技创新从个体走向群体,从经济层面上升到文化层面。从科技创新文化中可以透视出主体文化、组织文化和社会文化三个层面的内涵。科技创新主体文化突出地体现为科技创新精神,包括科学精神、社会精神与人文精神三个方面。科技创新组织文化在于通过创新资源整合而表现出来的共生文化,包括共同价值观、组织秩序和风险分摊三个方面。科技创新社会文化是科技创新与社会文化互动的结果,有观念情结、需求享受、规范秩序、风险共担和人的发展五个方面的含义。

The Innovation Culture on Science and Technology in Uncertain Prospective

The science and technology innovation moves from individual to colony and from economic to culture under uncertain condition.Therefore,the innovation culture on science and technology has three constitutions:subjective culture,corporation culture,and social culture.The subjective innovation culture embodies specially the spirit of science and technology innovation,which consist of three parts of science spirit,social spirit and human spirit.The corporation culture,which represents co-operation culture through integrating social resource,and includes common value view,corporation orders and risk proportion.The social culture results from mutual communicating between the science and technology innovation and culture,including concept emotion,demand satisfaction,normative(orders) and risk share.
