| 摘 要： | 随着互联网经济的高速发展,传统经济模式产生重大变化,新经济理论研究方兴未艾。为此,我们应结合供需曲线模型,对网络的外部性展开研究,而且不可忽视网络负外部性,要通过加大公共网络建设力度、道德与法律约束相结合、采用基于竞争的经济手段等举措来解决网络负外部性问题。
