Government decision-making consultation is the inevitable product when public administration is developed to a certain stage.Compared with such developed countries as US,Japan,Britain,and Germany etc.,government decision-making consultation in our country still has a long way to go.Thus it is a fundamental way to develop the government decision-making consultation in China to speed the separation between the decision makers and executors,to perfect the official decision-making consultation agencies,to further display the function of semi-official government decision consolation-making agencies and fully develop non-government decision-making consultation agencies.
