利益驱动视角下农村利益主体多元化的法律调控

通过引入利益驱动理论，深入地剖析农村利益主体多元化的成因和现状，指出经济体制的转变是导致我国农村利益主体多元化的根本原因。农村利益结构多元化，农村利益差距扩大化，导致了农村利益冲突显性化，加剧了农村利益主体多元化的矛盾和冲突。因此，协调农村利益主体多元化冲突，缓和矛盾，就要在法律的机制里引入利益驱动理论，建构良性利益驱动机制，增强法治观念，落实法律法规，切实保护各农村利益主体的合法权益，有效调节收入分配，进一步完善村民自治制度，建立有效畅通的各农村利益主体的多元利益诉求渠道。

On the Legal Adjustment of the Diversification of Interest Subjects in Rural Areas from the Perspective of Interest Drive

This paper probes into the reasons for and the current situation of the diversification of interest subjects in rural areas with the help of interest-driven theory.It also points out that the radical reason for the situation is the transformation of the economic system.The structural diversification of the rural interests and the widening gap between rural interests make the conflict of rural interest manifest.Therefore,in order to reconcile the conflict of the diversification of interest subjects in rural areas and compromise the contradiction,we have to employ the interest-driven theory within the framework of judicial mechanism,establish a virtuous interest-driven mechanism,strengthen the concept of legality,implement the laws and regulations,protect the legitimate rights of all rural interest subjects so as to regulate the income distribution effectively,further perfect the villager-autonomy system and set up a channel of appealing diversified interests for interest subjects in rural areas.
