| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the the state and characters of the demands for high-level qualified personnel in civil engineering and architecture , on the basis of this , some pieces of advice are put forward in training high-level qualified personnel in civil engineering and architecture . In order to provide some basis for some section responsible for high education of Shaanxi Province in formulating policies and making decisions. |
