| Abstract: | To cany out Jiang Zemin' s important idea of governing the country with morality, colleges and universities should insist on governing school with morality to train students by administration, on governing teaching with morality to cultivate students by education and on regulating scholarly research with morality to educate students with noble ideas, to make students qualified personnel. Meanwhile, colleges and universities should also adhere to governing school by law,to supply law and system guarantee. |
