| Abstract: | As the investors of the capital suppliers of the stock markets,and the movers of driving the development of the stock market,investors shall be protected in their legal interest,which is the headstone of guaranteeing the healthy and rapid development of the stock market.This paper will provide measures for the healthy development of the listed corporations of our country by analyzing the status quo of the legal protection system to the medium and small investors of the listed corporations. |
