| 摘 要： | 乌兰夫同志自1945年11月主持内蒙古自治运动联合会工作以后,特别是1947年5月主持内蒙古自治区工作以来,为贯彻党的发展民族语文的政策,采取反对轻视民族语文、加强制度化和法制化建设、改革民族文字、开展国际交流与合作等一系列措施,全方位地启动并加强民族语文工作,为民族语言文化的繁荣发展做出了卓越的贡献。乌兰夫同志所采取的这些措施,具有鲜明的开拓性与创新性特点,对于民族语文的保护、传承和发展具有重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。
