| Abstract: | The contribution of food supply to the finance of base area is crucial in anti Japanese war, and of great strategic importance. The policy of food supply has to adapt to the changing situation and bridge the discrepancies between policy and reality. The Party＇s mass line has been implemented in the food supply, and made a good example. The food supply in Yan Fu anti-Japanese base area is a miniature of that in North Jiangsu and even Central China at large. |
