| 摘 要： | 21世纪国内外合作原则的研究可以从理论探索和运用研究两方面来概述.合作原则的理论在得到不断探索的同时,其运用研究范围也不断扩大.合作原则的国内研究延续了上世纪对合作原则的理论探索.我国学者从合作原则的哲学背景、博弈论等对该理论进一步研究,澄清了一些误解,使我们对该理论的背景和意义有了更深入的认识.

| Abstract: | This article reviews the development and application of cooperative principle in the 21st century both at home and abroad. The deepening of the research is accompanied with the widening of its application. The domestic research is based on the achievements in the last century. Chinese scholars have made some amendments and further exploration from the perspectives of philosophical background and game theory, as well as the correction of some misunderstandings, leading us to deeper comprehension of the background and significance of the theory. |
