伊春林区生态与经济系统耦合协调度分析

摘    要:在伊春林区生态-经济系统分析的基础上,建立了适用于伊春林区生态-经济系统协调发展评价指标体系,采用综合指数法对其协调度和综合发展水平进行了计算。结果表明:伊春林区的经济与生态系统间的耦合协调度波动上升,大体可以分为两个阶段:2007-2009年伊春林区生态系统与经济系统耦合协调发展水平主要处于低水平协调发展经济滞后型;2010—2011年伊春林区生态系统与经济系统耦合协调发展水平这时段虽然处于低水平协调发展,这主要是由产业顺利转型所带来的结果。利用灰色系统GM(1,1)模型对伊春林区未来5年的经济协调度和发展水平进行预测,发现未来5年伊春林区经济与生态系统的耦合协调度呈上升趋势,协调水平将进一步提高。

Abstract:An evaluation index system being applied to Yichun Forest in the appraisal process was established to ensure a coordinate development of the Ecology-Economy System based on the analyses of Ecology-Economy System of Yichun Forest. Calculations were performed by implementing comprehensive index method in order to get the Coordination Degree and the Comprehensive Developing Level. The results of which revealed that the Coupling Coordination Degree of the Economy System and the Ecology System in Yichun Forest took on a fluctuant increasing process, into which two periods can be divided. The first period, from 2007 to 2009, the Coupling Coordination Degree presented a pattern of mainly low level and economy lagging behind; the second period, from 2010 to 2011, the degree can also be seen as a low level, but it was primarily the consequence of the successfully transform of industries. Then, according to the Grey System Model GM(I, 1), a forecast of such degree of the next 5 years of Yichun Forest was conducted, showing a tendency of increase both in the Coupling Coordination Degree and in the Coordinate Level.
