| 摘 要： | 对企业家理论的研究进行回顾分析,可以得出以下基本结论:企业家是企业活动的主导因素,企业家资源是经济发展最稀缺的要素资源,企业家资源发展在本质上是经济增长生产力的主要源泉。文章从经济学理论、经济发展要素、经济发展源动力等视角探讨了企业家和企业家资源在社会经济发展中的基本价值和重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the retrospect and the analysis of the research on the entrepreneur theories, the basic conclusion can be drawn as follows: Entrepreneur is the predominant factor of the enterprise practice; entrepreneur resources is the rarest element resource in the economic development. In terms of essence, the entrepreneur resources development has always been identified as the major source of productivity in the economic growth. From the angle of the economics theory, the key elements of the economic development and its development source power, this paper explores the entrepreneur's and the entrepreneur resources' fundamental value and important role in the social and economic development. |
