按单定制供应链(BOSC)情形下供应商的评价指标体系与方法研究

在需求多样化、个性化和全球化的竞争环境下,按单定制供应链已越来越受到企业的重视。供应商的合理化选择对按单定制供应链的有效实施起着重要的作用,特别是供应商的协作、快速响应等方面的能力直接影响按单定制供应链的成败。传统供应链中的供应商评价指标难以对按单定制中的供应商进行有效的评价。本文针对按单定制供应链问题,建立了选择供应商的评价指标体系,提出了基于集成模糊评价法和粗糙集组合预测法的综合评价法,并在按单定制供应链的供应商评价中进行了应用,算例的结果也显示综合评价法的有效性和合理性。
