| 摘 要： | 针对大学毕业生就业难问题,采用理论结合实践的研究方法,分析了大学生就业力低的主要影响因素,提出了引导大学生转变就业观念、加强职业指导工作体系的创新、加强就业信息沟通等提高就业率的建议。研究结果对提高毕业生的就业率具有指导作用。

| Abstract: | To crack the hard nut of undergraduates＇employment,theory is integrated with practice to analyze the main factors for the low employability among undergraduates.The proposals put forward to raise the employment rate are guiding students to change their employment concepts,reinforcing the innovation in the work system of vocational guidance,and strengthening the communication of employment information.The results can be used as guidance to raise the employment rate of graduates. |
