| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来,信息技术的快速发展,为中国实现现代化目标提供了千载难逢的机遇.为此,我们采取了一条不同于传统工业化道路的新工业化道路.它的核心就是以信息化带动工业化.走新工业化道路,必须坚持以信息化带动工业化,以工业化促进信息化;必须坚持科技创新; 必须大力实施可持续发展战略;必须大力振兴装备制造业.

| Abstract: | Since 1990's,the speeding development of IT has provided China an opportunity to realize modernization. We adopt a road of newly industrialization which is differ from the road of traditional industrialization. Its core is "with information drive industrialization". Track this road, we have to insist on the innovation of science and technology; have to vigorously put in practice the tactic of persistent development; have to vigorously develop the arming manufacturing; have to persist in the system innovation and make the corporation realize information. |
