| 摘 要： | 乔治·H·W 布什政府执政时期,恰值冷战行将结束进入欧盟时期.美国把对“欧洲战略”中的欧洲一体化政策进行了调整,这样美国对欧政策发生了较大变化。本文试从政治、经济及货币等几方面加以评析。
