"道生革命"的"期待视界"

竺道生是中国佛教史上至关重要的人物,他所阐发的一系列佛性理论具有革命性的开创意义,对中国佛教的历史发展产生了深远的影响.本文通过对竺道生佛性思想与魏晋玄学、儒家传统的心性学说以及大乘般若学的比较研究,力图从思想史的角度追溯"道生革命"的历史动因,揭示其深度思想文化背景,从而进一步深化对中国佛教融通儒、释、道三教的思想内涵和复合型文化品格的理解.

"The Horizon of Expectation" of "Zhu Daosheng Revolution"

Zhu Daosheng played an essential role in the history of Chinese Buddhism. His theories of the Huddha-ta have revolutionary significance and have exerted profound influence over the development of Chinese Buddhism. Through a comparative study of Zhu Daosheng's theory of Huddh a-ta, the metaphysics of the Wei & Jin Dynasties, the Soul Theory of traditional Confucianism and the theory of Mahayana Prajna,and from the point of view of the history of thoughts, this paper traces the causes of Zhu Daosheng Revolution as well as discloses its deeprooted background, in the hope of acquiring a better understanding of the fusion of Chinese Buddhism, Confuciansim, Taoism and Buddhism and its composite cultural characters.
