| 摘 要： | 网络时代的到来使直接以青少年为工作对象的学校共青团工作面临着从未有过的挑战和机遇.共青团要想稳住阵脚,继续充当好服务青少年的排头兵,必须根据青少年的新特点和网络的特性,在以往经验的基础上继承与创新地开展工作,最终实现网上、网下“两线作战、联动并进”的整体转型.
